A Connell Home Renovated
Not a Room Untouched
This 2003 Connell home was the third home built by Connell for this family. Over the years there were minor improvements, but the owners decided to undertake a very large renovation project, where almost every room in the home received some sort of modernization.
Upstairs saw multiple rooms have shiplap installed. The master bath was totally reconfigured with a curbless shower, a quartz soaking tub, and floor-to-ceiling ledgewood stone accent wall. New hardwood flooring was installed. Board and batten was newly included in various areas of the home. And on the way downstairs there are new black rod iron spindles.
The first floor had the original hardwood floor refinished, and new three-tiered windows all around the family room were installed. The fireplace mantle was removed and replaced with floor-to-ceiling natural stone. Wood beams were added.
The kitchen was completely remodeled with new custom shaker-style cabinets. Marble countertops all around were installed including the island. State-of-the-art appliances including a new 48-inch custom hood.
